Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Matric with English and Mathematics.
• Computer literate.

Advantageous:

• Completed or studying towards a diploma/degree, majoring in accounting or auditing will be advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license Valid driver’s license.
• 1- 2 administration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Auditing of all SYX deposits from Banks.
• Auditing of all SYX deposits from Payment portals.
• Auditing of all manual transactions within the iBranch platforms.
• Ensuring shortages are being timeously raised to the Masterfile.
• Identification of fraudulent transactions and ensuring transactions are escalated to the relevant.
• Ensuring variances are addressed and resolutions are put in place.
• Ensuring payment portals are settling all transactions credited on SYX.
• Auditing of Competitions and ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Performing monthly Stock Counts.
• Performing samples count of stock items at branches.
• Performing Tote counting and verifying accuracy and completeness of Tote Counts.
• Preparation of Pastel Cashbook.
• Compiling month end deposit and withdrawals recon and ensuring queries from Seniors are being addressed.
• Escalation of fraudulent debit orders to relevant banking institutes.
• Ad hoc tasks and requests
